Home Inspector: Matthew E Dawes

Specializing in Residential & Commercial Inspections and Environmental Testing

Matt is a highly accomplished certified inspector with over 25 years of construction experience with a record of achievement and demonstrated success in construction managing large and small projects ranging from custom homes to commercial and industrial construction that demand attention to detail and planning. As an inspector he conducts pre-purchase, pre-listing, new home, property management, insurance and commercial inspections. He also performs environmental testing and visual investigations.

Matt has managed and coordinated over 4100 residential and commercial inspections and performed over 1500 mold inspections requiring testing and remediation protocol. He has also provided cross-functional team training, education, coaching, and mentoring.

Project Coordinator, with experience in coordinating multiple construction projects with tight schedules and deadlines in order to meet their fast paced production demands.
Project Superintendent, responsible for the coordination of all trades for efficient productivity. Quality assurance for all projects with daily site inspections utilizing punch lists and schedules.
Journeyman Carpenter/Working Foreman, responsible for delegating work and interpreting blueprints with experience in all phases of construction including layout, stud framing, interior trim and millwork installation.
